Helping a repeat client acquire and resell a well located short term CVS Pharmacy in high demand with a very short supply of inventory going into the peak “High Season” in South Florida when all of the snowbirds are in town.
By leveraging our large internal database of qualified high net worth invested we were able to source 4 Buyers completely off market within just a couple of hours of sending out our marketing emails and phone calls. We had several very qualified buyers and had a tough decision but suggested that our client moved forward with one of the buyers who was represented by an outside broker with the best buyer for the deal. One of our secrets to success is we co-broke all of our deals 50/50 which maximizing our sellers exit prices with the entire brokerage community working our inventory but also helps us find the best “pocket deals” on the buyside.
